We are currently looking for Investors to do a Model Home Lease Back in Crystal Falls. This is going with our 13/13 Program, except we have the lot all ready. It's a great lot with a great location! The lot next door is available as well, and we'd entertain a lease back on that lot as well as long as the first lot is the top priority.
The lot is in the link below. We are looking for an investor to get the loan for the purchase of the lot & construction of the building, then we will lease back for a period of 1 to 2 years as we use the home as a Model. You build the appreciation with your mortgage being paid and we'll help sell the home before we move out of the Model.
