For a limited time, Go! Green Builders is willing to sell to investors in one of two ways.
1) Build a spec home for Investor at a 13% discount from the "Future Appraised Value" appraisal that is done before construction. (Much of the time a home will sell for more than this Appraised Value, which would realize an even larger Equity Position for the Investor!) Builder may use home as a Model until it is sold or Leased.
2) Builder sells home to investor for the Future Appraised Value then Lease the property for a 13 month period at 1%/mo based on purchase price. Builder may use the home as a Model during this time. Builder commits to pay full 13 months rent even if home sells to an end user before that period. This gives an investor the opportunity to sell the home while making monthly cashflow (given the right loan circumstance)!
Homes will be priced between $450,000 - $700,000 in Hot selling subdivisions such as Crystal Falls, Flintrock Falls, Apache Shores, Cardinal Hills & others.
