We are acting as the General Contractor on this project & the finance company.

We gutted this house down to the studs & rebuilt the roof, plywood & all.
We are still in the remodel process with this project. Check back for updated pictures!

Subcontracted for Mantissa Development' Real Estate Office

We were subcontracted by Mantissa Development to provide material & labor for framing of Chad Goldwasser Team's New Office Space off Capital of Texas Hwy.

We framed in cubicles, offices, conference rooms & redid walls in the bathrooms.

Mantissa Development was the General Contractor that handled the conversion from Fitness Gym to Real Estate Office!

Subcontracted for Mantissa Development' TUKONG STUDIO

This was a commercial project where we were subcontracted by Mantissa Development.
This is located near Burnet & Braker Ln. Mantissa Development was the General Contractor that controlled the demolition to the finish.

We provided the steel framing (materials & labor), installation of doors, and some odds & ends finish work.
